Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All StickerLab products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each order is produced individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect text, or design choices made by the customer.

Defective Products

If your stickers arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you have the right to claim within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer either:

• A full reprint of the affected stickers at no additional cost, or
• A full refund for the defective items.

How to File a Claim

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defective product. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded if the entire order is defective.
