1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through StickerLab.io, operated by Rapid Print Group Sweden AB (org.nr 559204-6089), Drottninggatan 41, 702 22 Örebro, Sweden.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are binding. Once an order is confirmed, it enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

4. Custom Products

All stickers are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that the text and designs you submit do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. StickerLab is not liable for any claims arising from customer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

StickerLab's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of StickerLab shall be resolved by Örebro tingsrätt (Örebro District Court), Sweden.
